My Trip to Utah
New Year
I finished my student teaching finally. I just have to re-due my TPA and then I will receive my teaching credential.
I went to Utah for a week and a half to help out my sister-in-law with her 4th baby, got to take my nieces to school and ice skating lessons, got to visit with my family, and got to see my childhood friend. Mom and Dad came down from Alaska, Rashelle and Alex came down from Idaho, and Boyd flew up from Texas. Oh and Rashelle is pregnant and due in September.
While in Utah Adam, Dad, Rashelle, Alex, and I went paintballing. It was super fun.

| My hand got shot 3 different times. During one of the games it started swelling and I had to take my ring off before it got stuck for good. |

Commuting
I have been commuting to Corona on weekends to see Robert and the puppies. Being far away from Robert has been hard but it helps being around such wonderful friends. Plus, homework keeps me super busy so I don't have time to sit around a moop.
Last weekend on my way to Corona I was in a car accident. I am ok and so is the truck but the lady, who hit me, bumper was smashed in. When I go out of the car she was so apologetic and asked me right away if I was ok and I told her I was and then I looked at the damage. She said that her two kids were fighting in the back seat and she was telling them to knock it off when all the traffic came to a stand still on the freeway. I asked her if she wanted me to go get my insurance card and she said that since it was her fault she didn't need mine and that she wasn't going to fix her car. I told her that there was no visible damage on my vehicle so I wasn't going to report it and the lady hugged me and said thank you. She asked me one more time if I was sure I was ok before we both got in our vehicles and drove off.
Robert isn't very happy with me because I didn't grab her information just in case there is non-visible damage on the truck. I am a little sore from being hit but I don't feel bad about not getting the info, plus the lady seemed so relieved that I wasn't going to report the accident to her insurance. I know I was wrong to not grab her info but nothing I can do about it now.
School is stressing me out. I feel like I am always either at school teaching or doing homework for school. I know people feel like I am ignoring them but I not trying to, I am just loaded down with school work. So sorry guys, I do love you! i will be done soon....well in June.

Officially Moved
So ya, the weekend before last a crazy/not funny/funny/humbling thing happened to us. We had loaded up our friends trailer and truck and were on our way to Corona when we started to hear funny noises and the truck started to jerk a bit. So we pulled over and Robert check a few things and said everything seemed fine. (BTW before leaving San Diego we had prayed that we would get to Corona and back.) So we drive some more and now as we are going up a hill the engine was revving but the trucks speed was dropping and it wouldn't change gears. So we ended up pulling over because Robert thought he should check the transmission fluid. So he checked it and it was so empty that nothing registered on the dip stick (crazy thing also was that same morning he had checked the oil and same thing it was empty too, he had to put 5 quarts of oil in the truck and it takes 6). Luckily some friends of ours were on their way to a concert up north and had been following behind us, so they took Robert to a store and he put fluid in the truck and we started driving again. But a little ways down the road it began acting up again so we pulled over, in the middle of no where. We didn't know what to do so we prayed and then started making phone calls. After a few hours, a amazing friend from Corona showed up and took the trailer to our house in Corona. Then we attempted to limp the truck along to Corona and while all this was going on wonderful friends from San Diego drove up to Corona to pick us up and drive us back to San Diego. So our prayers were answered, just not in the way we had expected.
I am so thankful that we have so many wonderful and caring friends that are willing to drop what they are doing and help out at a minutes notice. These last few weeks I have really been humbled by peoples kindness. I am extremely sad to be leaving San Diego and the many kindred spirits we have met here but I am hopefully that this change in our life will open many more blessings into our lives and we will have the opportunity to share the kindness that has been shown to us with others..

Moving
So we will be moving. I am sad that we have to move away from all of our wonderful friends!
Robert found a house to rent for us in Corona and then he will be commute to Anaheim. We will be moving our stuff to the new house this whole month of November while I continue to live in our condo in San Diego. Then in December, I will be moving in with some friends here in San Diego until I finish my student teaching in February. Then I will move up to Corona with Robert.
I hate to go but I know that we are suppose to be in Corona. The property manager keep saying to us, "Seven people applied for this place and 2 of them were more qualified then you guys but I just felt like I was suppose to rent to you", "I really just felt like you were the ones that needed to live here." So I guess right now I am unable to see the bigger picture that the Lord has in store for us.
